Virginia High has gone a perfect 10-0 against Richlands recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Bearcats will be playing at home against the Blue Tornado at 6:30 p.m.

Virginia High took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-21, 25-22.

The losing side was boosted by Marley Bishop, who had 22 digs.

Meanwhile, Richlands made easy work of Tazewell on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 victory. The Blue Tornado haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Richlands took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-1, 25-13.

Richlands' victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Virginia High, their loss dropped their record down to 3-14.
