Basketball Recap: Warsaw Comes Up Short

Warsaw was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 60-50 to the Mount Morris Blue Devils. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Blue Devils earlier this season, when they won 60-52.

Warsaw's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Mount Morris, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

Looking ahead, Warsaw will head out on the road to face off against Letchworth at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Mount Morris, they will welcome Alfred-Almond at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Mount Morris knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Alfred-Almond likes a good challenge.
