Preview: Dadeville Bearcats vs. Weaubleau Tigers
The Dadeville Bearcats have the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the Weaubleau Tigers at 5:30 p.m. on February 9th. Dadeville will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Missouri Rankings (they are ranked 513th, while Weaubleau is ranked 214th).
Last Monday, Dadeville had to suffer through a rough 58-25 loss at the hands of Macks Creek. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Dadeville in their matchups with Macks Creek: they've now lost six in a row.
Meanwhile, Weaubleau didn't have too much trouble with Humansville at home last Tuesday as they won 50-34. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Weaubleau.
Dadeville's defeat dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Weaubleau, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.
Dadeville strolled past Weaubleau when the teams last played back in February of 2023 by a score of 61-43. Does Dadeville have another victory up their sleeve, or will Weaubleau turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
