Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia]'s game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They came out on top against the Mesabi East Giants by a score of 3-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wolverines also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

With the win, Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 8-11. As for Mesabi East, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.
