Baseball Recap: Larkin Comes Up Short

Larkin came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 11-1 to the Bartlett Hawks. The Royals haven't had much luck with the Hawks recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Larkin's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Bartlett, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.

While Larkin had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
