Basketball Recap: Chassell's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Chassell came into Tuesday's contest having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 38-26 victory over the Hancock Bulldogs on Tuesday. The 38-point effort marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Chassell's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Hancock, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chassell will be home for the holidays to greet Wright at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. Hancock will take on Calumet in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
