The Halls Red Devils can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They walked away with a 65-58 victory over Heritage. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Chandler Gamble continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 20 points and 12 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jake Lane, who scored 14 points along with 3 steals.
Halls' victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Heritage, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
Halls will be playing in front of their home fans against Gibbs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Gibbs' favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last four contests. As for Heritage, they will head out on the road to face off against Seymour at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Seymour is out to stop a four-game streak of losses at home.
