It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Seaford had no problem doing just that on Friday. They came out on top against North Shore by a score of 70-62. This was a revenge game for Seaford: when they faced off against North Shore back in January, they had to take a 64-52 loss.

The victory made it two in a row for Seaford and bumps their season record up to 8-13. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.5 points over those games. As for North Shore, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-6.

Looking ahead, Seaford will square off against Floral Park Memorial at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday. Floral Park Memorial knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six contests -- so hopefully Seaford likes a good challenge. North Shore does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
