Soccer Recap: Fremont Comes Up Short

Fremont was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They came up short against the Palo Alto Vikings, falling 3-0. The game was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for the Firebirds it sure didn't stay that way.

Fremont's loss dropped their record down to 3-13-1. As for Palo Alto, their win bumped their record up to 10-4-4.

Looking ahead, Fremont will be playing at home against Mountain View at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Mountain View will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Fremont surely won't give up without a fight. As for Palo Alto, they will head out on the road to challenge Santa Clara at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
