The Redlands East Valley Wildcats will take on the San Jacinto Valley Academy Wolves in a tournament on Friday. Redlands East Valley will be strutting in after a victory while San Jacinto Valley Academy will be coming in after a defeat.

Redlands East Valley picked up another tournament win on Wednesday. They took down Aquinas 20-6. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Wildcats' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' California flag football rankings (they are ranked 88th, while the Falcons are ranked 463rd).

Redlands East Valley's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Cameron Towns led the charge by picking up 57 receiving yards and a pair of scores. What's more, Towns posted two receiving touchdowns, the most she's had since back in August.

Despite a strong season so far, San Jacinto Valley Academy has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They fell 13-6 to Aquinas on Wednesday.

Redlands East Valley's win bumped their record up to 16-8. As for San Jacinto Valley Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 9-3.
