Bossier moved up to 113 from 147 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in 3A District 1. The Bearkats climbed the ranks as a result of a 39-6 win over Block.
Bossier took down the Bears 39-6 last week, the largest margin of any game.
North DeSoto's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Griffins feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Austin Simmons has thrown for 228 yards and two touchdowns this season, while Damien Boone has four catches for 200 yards. Aurren Cooksey leads the league in rushing with 587 yards.
Michael Concilio's team made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 5,533 from 6,923. The improvement came about via a 39-6 victory over Block last week.
