It was fun while it lasted, but Cascade Christian's undefeated season came to an end after three games on Saturday. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 49-48 to the Corbett Cardinals. The loss was the Challengers' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Cascade Christian fell to 3-1. As for Corbett, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

Cascade Christian will take on Hidden Valley in a tournament on Thursday. Corbett and Portland Christian will round out the year against one another at at 5:30 p.m. on December 30th.
