Clintonville had lost 12 straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Thursday they dropped their record down to 3-15 to make it 13. They took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Waupaca Comets. The Truckers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Comets apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Clintonville saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Klayton Kamba, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one double.
