Volleyball Recap: Gunderson Takes a Loss

After flying high against San Jose last Tuesday, Gunderson came back down to earth. The Grizzlies fell just short of the Gilroy Mustangs by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The Grizzlies were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Mustangs earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Gunderson moved to 7-7 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Gilroy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-12 record this season.

Gunderson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against James Lick on the 24th. Gilroy has also already played their next contest (against Willow Glen), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
