Enterprise and Foothill are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2022, but not for long. The Enterprise Hornets will challenge the Foothill Cougars at 5:15 p.m. on Saturday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Enterprise is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They walked away with a 60-52 win over Pleasant Valley. That's two games straight that the Hornets have won by exactly eight points.

Meanwhile, Foothill had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Cardinals with a sharp 67-42 victory. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 20 points or more this season.

Enterprise better keep an eye on Matt Poulsen. He was instrumental in Foothill's win, going 9-for-16 en route to 24 points. Poulsen is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Trace Farrelly, who posted eight points.

Foothill's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.3 points over those games. As for Enterprise, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-12.

Enterprise came up short against Foothill in their previous matchup on February 11th, falling 62-49. Can Enterprise avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
