Volleyball Recap: Indian Creek's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

Indian Creek lost against Tri-West Hendricks back in August of 2021, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Braves came up short against the Bruins, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Braves have suffered since September 14, 2024.

While Indian Creek was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-17, 25-20.

Their offense was headlined by Alexa Sichting and Adriana Williams, who picked up five kills apiece. They got some help from Olivia Bryan and her ten assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Finley Dakin was a one-woman wrecking crew For Tri-West Hendricks. as she had 16 digs and two aces.

Having lost for the first time this season, Indian Creek fell to 3-1. As for Tri-West Hendricks, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Indian Creek didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Southwestern on the 26th. As for Tri-West Hendricks, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Avon on the 25th.
