Baseball Preview: Carver High School of Engineering & Science vs. Nueva Esperanza

Carver High School of Engineering & Science has enjoyed a four-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will challenge Nueva Esperanza at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Nueva Esperanza took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Carver High School of Engineering & Science, who comes in off a win.

Last Wednesday, Carver High School of Engineering & Science beat Constitution 7-2.

Julian Perez made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out 12 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits (and only one walk).
