Rye has gone a perfect 7-0 against Eastchester recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Garnets will venture away from home to face off against the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Rye will come into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.

If Rye beats Eastchester with 42 points on Friday, it's going to be the team's new lucky number: they've won their past two contests with that exact score. The Garnets simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat Yorktown 42-13. The Garnets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by 28 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Rye to victory, but perhaps none more so than Carson Miller, who threw for 255 yards and two touchdowns while completing 81.8% of his passes, and also rushed for 60 yards. Charlie Garnett was another key back, rushing for 72 yards and three TDs.

Meanwhile, Eastchester lost to Mahopac on the road by a 33-14 margin on Friday. The matchup marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Eastchester now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Rye, their victory bumped their record up to 5-0.

Rye strolled past Eastchester when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a score of 14-0. Will the Garnets repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
