Football Recap: Redan Raiders vs. Columbia Eagles
Redan had lost five straight at home dating back to last season, but on Friday they dropped down to 3-6 to make it six. They were beaten by the Columbia Eagles 48-6. Having soared to a lofty 47 points in the game before, the Raiders couldn't push the score so high this time.
As for Columbia, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-6. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Czar Daniels went supernova, throwing for 264 yards and five touchdowns while completing 81.8% of his passes. Those five passing touchdowns gave him a new career-high.
