Volleyball Recap: Stephens County Takes a Loss

Stephens County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 18th straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hebron Christian Lions. If the Indians were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Lions when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-11.

Stephens County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-25. As for Hebron Christian, the victory (which was their 31st in a row) raised their record to 38-2.

Looking ahead, Stephens County will head out on the road to face off against East Hall at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hebron Christian, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Prince Avenue Christian on the 25th.
