 Clovis West can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent  matchup  on Wednesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Clovis East Timberwolves  a   15-0 shutout. Winning may never get old, but Clovis West sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
  Tyler Patrick was a major factor no matter where he played. He  didn't allow a single  earned run and  only two  hits while striking out six over five innings pitched. Patrick has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  tossed less than six  strikeouts in five consecutive pitching appearances. Patrick was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 2-for-4 with a  home run, four  RBI,  and two  runs.
 In other batting news,  Rey Peraza was a standout: he scored two  runs while going 2-for-2.  Dominic DeCanio was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances.
 Clovis West has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won six of their last seven matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record  this season. As for Clovis East, they are  on  an  eight-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 7-12.
 Clovis West will have a chance to go back-to-back against Clovis East: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday.
