Apalachee never let their opponents score on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Clarke Central Gladiators as the Apalachee Wildcats made off with a 15-0 victory. Considering the Wildcats have won seven matchups by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Autumn Matherly made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out nine batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and not a single walk). The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in strikeouts. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with a triple.

In other batting news, Madison Maney was incredible, going 2-for-3 with a home run and four RBI. Another player making a difference was Destiny Montgomery, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Apalachee always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .692. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Apalachee's win bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Clarke Central, they dropped their record down to 11-13 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.
