Basketball Game Preview: Odyssey Charter School Titans vs. Pine Knights

The Odyssey Charter School Titans will challenge the Pine Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pine took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Odyssey Charter School, who comes in off a win.

Odyssey Charter School took a 35-point loss the last time they faced off against West Shore, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Titans escaped with a win on Wednesday against the Wildcats by the margin of a single free throw, 44-43. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Titans.

Odyssey Charter School found their leader in sophomore Mykel Benson, who posted 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Eli Chartie, who had seven points.

Meanwhile, Pine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 67-36 loss at the hands of Dreyfoos School of the Arts.

Odyssey Charter School now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Pine, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
