Soccer Game Preview: Proctor vs. West Rutland

Proctor's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Rivendell Academy. Considering Proctor have won three matchups by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, West Rutland faced Arlington Memorial in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Golden Horde fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 1-0. Having soared to a lofty five goals in the game before, West Rutland's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

West Rutland's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Proctor, their win bumped their record up to 6-2-1.
