Meanwhile, Boyertown didn't have quite enough to beat Methacton on Wednesday and fell 10-8. That's two games in a row now that the Bears have lost by exactly two runs.

Spring-Ford's victory bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Boyertown, they now have a losing record of 7-8.
