Baseball Preview: Bassett Olympians vs. Pomona Red Devils
For the second straight game, Bassett will face off against Pomona. The Olympians will head out to take on the Red Devils at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Bassett is looking for their season's first victory.
Bassett came up short against Pomona on Tuesday, falling 18-3.
For Pomona's part, they got a great performance from Emmanuel Campos as he struck out six batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits (and only one walk). Campos has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
