Baseball Recap: Roosevelt Comes Up Short

Roosevelt lost against Collins last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Rough Riders fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 8-7.

Roosevelt's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Collins, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.

Roosevelt didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Orr on the 7th. As for Collins, they will face off against North Grand at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagle Owls will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight.
