The Hillcrest Trojans will square off against the Rancho Christian Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The timing isn't great for Hillcrest: they have been struggling with four straight losses at home, while Rancho Christian has snatched up seven consecutive wins on the road.

On Wednesday, Hillcrest didn't have quite enough to beat Paloma Valley and fell 3-2.

Meanwhile, Rancho Christian made easy work of Paloma Valley on Friday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-19, 25-8.

Hillcrest's loss dropped their record down to 12-16. As for Rancho Christian, their win bumped their record up to 26-4.
