Basketball Recap: Tech Boston Academy Comes Up Short

After flying high against O'Bryant last Wednesday, Tech Boston Academy came back down to earth. Tech Boston Academy fell just short of the Chelsea Red Devils by a score of 62-59 on Friday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Tech Boston Academy came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked 70th, while Chelsea is ranked 233rd).

Tech Boston Academy's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Chelsea, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-8.

Tech Boston Academy has already played their next game, an 83-50 defeat against Burncoat on the 1st. As for Chelsea, they will welcome Lynn Classical at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lynn Classical will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something Chelsea surely won't give up without a fight.
