Basketball Recap: Redeemer Classical's Winning Streak Snapped at Four Games

It was a good run, but Redeemer Classical unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a 63-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blue Ridge Christian Bears. The Griffins lost against the Bears in their previous head to head back in November of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 61-20 score last time.

Redeemer Classical's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-4. As for Blue Ridge Christian, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-7.

Redeemer Classical has already played their next match, a 64-62 defeat against Covenant Christian Academy on the 11th. As for Blue Ridge Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 37-32 loss against Ridgeview Christian on the 10th.
