Last Saturday, Providence Athletic Club lost to Coastal HomeSchool at home by a 55-39 margin. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Hurricanes: they've now lost three in a row.

Providence Athletic Club's loss came about despite a quality game from Sam Cargo, who posted eight points along with six boards and five steals. Those five steals gave Cargo a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Brody Tyler, who put up 11 points and seven rebounds.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 77-43, which was the final score in Westminster Schools of Augusta's tilt against St. Andrew's last Friday. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 250th, while the Lions are ranked 63rd).

Westminster Schools of Augusta's defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-4. As for Providence Athletic Club, their loss dropped their record down to 8-10.
