Izel Avalos Game Report: @ Ontario

Diamond Ranch came out on top against Ontario on Wednesday thanks in part to Izel Avalos's efforts. Avalos made a splash, striking out six batters over 5.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off four hits (and only one walk). She played a big game the last time she faced Ontario back in March, so the team probably should've seen her coming.

Avalos' strong effort led Diamond Ranch over Ontario and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
