Basketball Recap: Raymond Takes a Loss

Raymond has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They took a hard 76-60 fall against Campbell on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Campbell this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 64-54 last Friday.

Raymond's defeat dropped their record down to 12-7. As for Campbell, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-2 record this season.

Raymond has already played their next match, a 61-56 victory against St. Thomas Aquinas on the 12th. As for Campbell, they will venture away from home to face off against Monadnock at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Monadnock has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the game with seven straight losses, while Campbell will come in with five straight wins.
