South Rowan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 27th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost to the West Rowan Falcons at home by a 67-52 margin. One positive for the Raiders, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

West Rowan got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Brant Graham out in front who went 6 for 15 on his way to 15 points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals. That's the most steals Graham has posted since back in January. The team also got some help courtesy of Israel Ford, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten boards.

South Rowan's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for West Rowan, their win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-2.

South Rowan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 79-27 defeat against Robinson on the 6th. As for West Rowan, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 63-58 loss against Lake Norman Charter on the 6th.
