Baseball Recap: Grand Prairie Comes Up Short

Grand Prairie fell victim to Arlington and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Colts by a score of 2-0. The Gophers haven't had much luck with the Colts recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Grand Prairie's record now sits at 4-19. As for Arlington, they pushed their record up to 14-11 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.

While Grand Prairie had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
