While Parkway North didn't have the best season last year (they finished 3-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 47-9 victory over the McCluer North Stars. The Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 30 points or more this season.

Parkway North has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.6 points per game. As for McCluer North, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Parkway North will take on Kirkwood in a holiday battle at at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for McCluer North, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Affton at 6:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
