After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Godley, Kennedale was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the Alvarado Indians 13-5. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Wildcats considering their one-run performance the matchup before.

The win snapped Kennedale's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-10-1 record. As for Alvarado, their loss was their ninth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-17.

Looking ahead, Kennedale will venture away from home to square off against Life Waxahachie at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Mustangs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 14.24 runs per game on average), something the Wildcats will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Alvarado, they will host Ferris at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Indians' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Yellowjackets have averaged an impressive 9.1 runs per game this season.
