Basketball Recap: Badin Picks Up Fifth Straight Win at Home

Badin hadn't done well against Archbishop Alter recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Badin Rams walked away with a 61-51 victory over the Archbishop Alter Knights. The win was all the more spectacular given the Rams' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 127th, while the Knights are ranked 39th).

Badin pushed their record up to 15-5 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.6 points over those games. As for Archbishop Alter, their defeat ended a ten-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 15-6.
