Volleyball Recap: Ogden International Triumphs

Ogden International won the last time they faced Chicago Academy and things went their way on Friday too. Ogden International had just enough and edged out Chicago Academy 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Ogden International.

Ogden International had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-14, 25-21.

Ogden International's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-3. As for Chicago Academy, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Ogden International wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Mather on the 15th. As for Chicago Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Kelvyn Park on the 15th.
