Soccer Game Preview: Laredo LBJ vs. Eagle Pass

The Laredo LBJ Wolves will challenge the Eagle Pass Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Laredo LBJ has now lost nine straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since January 14.

Laredo LBJ fell victim to Medina Valley and their airtight defense on Friday. They came up short against the Panthers, falling 8-0. While losing is never fun, Wolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 602nd, while the Panthers are ranked 123rd).

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Eagle Pass was not quite Medina Valley's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell 2-0 to the Panthers. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Laredo LBJ's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Eagle Pass, they now have a losing record of 8-9.
