Softball Recap: Eastside Spartans vs. Twin Springs Titans
Eastside put the finishing touches on their 12th blowout victory of the season on Monday. They never let the Twin Springs Titans onto the board and left with a 14-0 win. Winning may never get old, but Eastside sure is getting used to it with their tenth in a row.
Taylor Clay was a standout: she fired off two home runs and three runs while going 2-for-3. She continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Emmaleigh Banks, who went 3-for-4 with a home run, three runs, and two RBI.
Eastside pushed their record up to 20-1 with that victory, which was their tenth straight on the road. As for Twin Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-9.
As of now, neither Eastside nor Twin Springs have any future games scheduled.
