Honaker skates past Lee with ease

The Honaker Tigers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 64-37 victory over Lee on the road. That looming 64-37 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Honaker yet this season.
Despite the defeat, Lee saw an underclassman step up: Konner Early scored nine points along with five rebounds.
Honaker's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Lee, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.
Honaker will be playing in front of their home fans against Central Wise at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Lee will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Chilhowie at 3:30 p.m. on December 30th. Chilhowie presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Lee in Virginia (Chilhowie is ranked 129th, while Lee is ranked 411th).
