Soccer Recap: Green Mountain Valley School Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Green Mountain Valley School gave up the first goal on Tuesday, but they didn't let that get them down. They beat Paine Mountain by a goal, winning 3-2. The win was some much needed relief for Green Mountain Valley School as it spelled an end to their four-match losing streak.

The victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-4. As for Paine Mountain, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-6.

Looking ahead, Green Mountain Valley School is taking a road trip to challenge Stowe at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Paine Mountain, they will look to defend their home pitch on Saturday against Blue Mountain at 7:00 p.m.
