Volleyball Recap: Rolling Meadows Gets the Win

Rolling Meadows posted their closest victory since May 9, 2024 on Saturday. They skirted past the Zion-Benton Zee-Bees 2-1.

Inti Zapata paced Rolling Meadows' offense, picking up five kills. Zapata got some help from Logan Quadros and his ten assists. Zapata was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.

Rolling Meadows' win bumped their record up to 7-15. As for Zion-Benton, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-21.

Rolling Meadows has already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Leyden on the 3rd. As for Zion-Benton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Rockford East on the 3rd.
