Fleming is 8-1 against Briggsdale since October of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Wildcats will square off against the Falcons at 7:00 p.m.

The Wildcats took a 28-18 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. While the Wildcats had to settle for second, they closed the game well in the third quarter, where they outscored the Bulldogs 12-0.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Briggsdale, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They blew past North Park 58-20 on Saturday. With that win, the Falcons brought their scoring average up to 30.5 points per game.

Briggsdale's win came from a few key players Fleming will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Sering Pino, who picked up 51 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. What's more, he racked up 21 rushing yards, the most he's had since back in September of 2024. Theisen Tolbert also helped with two TDs in total.

Fleming now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Briggsdale, their victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-4.

Everything came up roses for Fleming against Briggsdale when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 66-28 win. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Falcons' Dallas Glass, who rushed for 158 yards and two scores while picking up 9.3 yards per carry, and also threw for 50 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
