Horseshoe Bend took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Monday. They put the hurt on the Dadeville Tigers with a sharp 3-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Generals also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2023.

Kenzie Woods paced Horseshoe Bend's offense, picking up seven kills. Woods got some help from Lily Moss and her seven assists. Ashtyn Dark controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Dadeville is on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Horseshoe Bend will hit the road for the first time this season to challenge Elmore County at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dadeville, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against LAMP at 5:30 p.m.
