Volleyball Recap: Nolensville Falls Short Against Ranked Briarcrest Christian

Nolensville faced Briarcrest Christian in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Knights fell 2-0 to the Saints. The Knights were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Saints apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Fiona Madsen paced Nolensville's offense, picking up six kills. Madsen got some help from Avery Ethridge and her nine assists.

Nolensville's defeat dropped their record down to 19-9. As for Briarcrest Christian, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-6.

Nolensville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Lebanon on the 20th. As for Briarcrest Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Silverdale Academy on the 20th.
