Newman Catholic scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 72-66 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Ansgar Saints. That's two games in a row now that the Knights have lost by exactly six points.

This is the second loss in a row for Newman Catholic and nudges their season record down to 13-8. As for St. Ansgar, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-5.

As for St. Ansgar, they will square off against Clarksville at 6:15 p.m. on Monday.
