Softball Recap: Cowan Comes Up Short

Cowan and North Miami squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Cowan had to settle for second. They came up short against the Warriors, falling 15-1.

Cowan saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Savannah Hall, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one run and one double.

Cowan has also been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-16 record this season. As for North Miami, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-8.

Cowan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Miami, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 5-4 defeat against Southwood on the 30th.
