Soccer Recap: Bonsall Comes Up Short

Bonsall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Calvin Christian Crusaders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Calvin Christian this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 back in December of 2025.

Bonsall's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Calvin Christian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4-1.

Looking ahead, Bonsall will take on King-Chavez Community at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Bonsall will be up against King-Chavez Community's rather soft defense (which has allowed six goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Calvin Christian, they will square off against Mountain Empire at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
